Why Dec-Tec for Duluth Homes
Duluth's mix of established neighborhoods and luxury communities means homeowners need a waterproof deck solution that looks premium and lasts. Dec-Tec vinyl membrane delivers CoolStep heat reflection for pool decks (running 30°F cooler than standard surfaces), full waterproofing for elevated second-story decks, and slip-resistant texture for Georgia's humid summers. Most Duluth Dec-Tec installs complete in 1–3 days.

Three Guarantees. One Less Thing to Worry About.
15-Year Dec-Tec Material Warranty
Every installed Dec-Tec membrane carries a 15-year manufacturer material warranty backed by Dec-Tec Inc., not a roofer's promise. Covers the vinyl itself against delamination, cracking, and UV degradation.
No-Leak Welded Seam Guarantee
Seams are hot-air welded, and CKR documents seams, drains, transitions, thresholds, and rail penetrations so the finished scope is clear.
Zero-Displacement Install Protocol
For occupied senior living, multifamily, and hospitality installs: we stage materials outside resident areas, run welders in scheduled windows, and install one section at a time. Residents and guests stay in place.
